About this activity
An optional early-morning excursion on Day 9 before the flight back to Kathmandu. A private car collects the group from the Lakeside hotel in the dark and drives about 30 minutes up to Sarangkot. A short walk leads to the viewpoint, where the first light hits the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges and Phewa Lake sits below in the morning mist. Hot tea is served at the viewpoint before returning to Pokhara for breakfast. Duration: about 3 hours. Best from October to April, when the skies are clearest.
